Appointments

Please arrive 15 minutes early for all massage and facial appointments. 

Arriving late to an appointment may shorten the duration of service or the service may be denied.

When scheduling multiple appointments, please be prepared to reserve your appointments with a valid credit card or gift certificate.  The charges for the services scheduled will be deducted from the credit card or gift certificate if appointments are not cancelled with 24 hours notice.

Repeated cancellations, tardiness, or missed appointments may require a credit card deposit for future bookings.

Children

For the enjoyment of clients receiving services and for safety reasons, children are not permitted in the spa area.  Children not receiving services must remain seated in the waiting area under the supervision of a parent or guardian at all times.
